Designed and hand crafted garden pergola

Beautiful garden pergola. Built with 6" x 6" corner posts to add that extra solid structure feel effect. The thicker posts give the look and feel of a "room outdoors"

Complete pergola build with composite deck as flooring. We used Composite prime's Dark oak/walnut Dual HD sided decking. Complete with 25 year warranty on the decking.

Note the louvre panels added just for that little extra privacy

An Elevated old and very poorly constructed timber deck.Completely, redesigned,supplied and installed using HD Dual Carbon composite decking. This beautiful grey composite decking is dual colour sided with a graphite dark grey one side and a textured light grey on the other. This makes many different design options available. In this instance the darker side was used to picture frame the perimeter inset with the lighter grey. Recessed deck lights were also added to give extra effect at night. Grey composite fencing was also added to replace two old wooden panels to give extra stylish and sleek appearance. All the composite products are guaranteed for 25 years against fading,splitting and rotting. Brushed steel posts with marine cable balustrade , also added for that special finishing touch.

No two boards are ever the same. With a stylish misty, interwoven mixture of textures for each board this decking makes a space truly beautiful.

The attractive, brushed steel finish of the S3i posts and balustrade system underlit with decking is truly beautiful during the day and night. Also not as expensive as you think!

Wooden Sleeper Planters

Designed and handbuilt specifically to customer specs. These planters were being used as raised vegatable beds. Great for ease of use.

Also included in the project was a new paved path and slightly elevated artificial lawn to assist with very poor drainage in the garden. Also gave an attractive and unusual "sunken path" effect look

Timberdecking

Although Timber decking does require more attention during its lifetime, it can still be a stunning addition to any garden or setting.We will oil your decking as standard to finish.

Softwood timber decking

Purchased from suppliers who only use sustainable sources of timber. This can be the more affordable option or indeed the better choice for your garden.

Trellis background on new deck dressed with chairs

Adding a little backdrop to hide an unsightly fence after installing your new deck can add a feel of privacy,luxury and warmth. We added these lattice trellis within the build and as usual added a little thankyou from us for the work with a bottle of something nice to toast your new deck and some flowers!

Millboard weathered oak around your pool

Millboard is synonomous with quality and originality. Adiing this , in this case as a functional pool cover overlay doubled as a small sundeck, it transformed the pool overnight!

Raised Decking

An incredible project for us. The customer's garden was cut into the back of a steep slope and had to have concrete cages(Gabions)fill with rock to retain the slope. Building this 3m high elevated decking over the cages, doubled the capacity of their garden and added a stunning area for the whole family and guests to enjoy.

Using solid oak posts to support the frame.Once sanded and oiled,not only do they provide an incredibly sturdy aupport frame they look stunning with the gorgeous oak grain showing through.

Of course, with such an elevation to contend with, a suitable ,safe means of getting up and down to it was essential. We designed and handbuilt this staircase with additional handrails and balustrade wires supplied by S3I

Built and designed onsite to customer specifications. Stylish Brushed steel and steel cable balustrade system to match upper decked area.

Handcrafted gallows supports.

As well as providing a functional support, these hand cut and crafted "Gallows Brackets" soften the squre edged look of the frame, adding a finished classic look.

Add some fun and orginality

This deck was built to accomadate a new extension at the rear of a property with composite prime light oak/walnut composite decking with a handbuilt and designed wooden balustrade system. For the kids a little slide was added as a quick and fun way into the garden, Customers loved it! (So did the kids!)

Trex "Clamshell"composite decking

An Entry level (and cheaper option)composite decking , this is ideal to suit a decent budget. Great if you are wanting to dress the garden to sell or need to cover an undesireable area without breaking the bank.

Trex Spiced Rum Composite decking

Trex spiced rum composite decking is a rich warm solid deckboard which fits prefectly with any garden setting. We added a picture frame border of tiki torch just for that extra touch at no extra cost. The handbuilt and timber balustrade system gives that nice enclosed but not cramped feeling. Also handy if you have had a couple of red wines and dont want to stumble off the edge.
